Point Fighting

A fighting discipline where two fighters fight with the primary goal of scoring defined points using controlled techniques with speed, agility and focus.  Delivery of the technique comes from either kicking or punching with the aim to deliver the contact clearly before the opponent.  Bouts are paused at each point that the central referee (and two judges) indicate a clear point being scored.  Bouts are typically one or two rounds each lasting approximately two minutes per round.
